  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.

4.3 Delivery Areas and Restrictions

We ship globally but are currently unable to deliver to parts of Asia and a few select remote regions. Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs processing.

5. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Due to their nature, the following typically cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Work Boots & Shoes showing signs of wear or used in work environments
  • Items purchased as final sale or clearance (clearly marked at purchase)

  2. Wait for approval and Return Authorization (RA) number (within 2 business days)
  3. Ship item with RA number clearly visible
  4. Allow 5-7 business days for processing after we receive the item

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Processed within 5-7 business days after approval, may take 3-10 additional days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: Processed back to your account within 5-7 business days

Original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns not due to our error.

Exchanges follow the same process as returns. For items of higher value, we will charge the difference after your return is approved.
